What are our fees?
We charge only 2% commission, with “pay for what you need” on any additional fees like photography, marketing, online presence, maintenance etc. But like commission, these additional fees can be paid at time of settlement. So no upfront costs, and an agreed fixed fee for pensioners or anyone who needs it.
